It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Acefex Forte Tablet related warnings Alcohol UNSAFE It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Acefex Forte Tablet Taking aceclofenac with alcohol may increase risk of stomach bleeding. Pregnancy CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR Acefex Forte Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Use of Acefex Forte Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Liver CAUTION Acefex Forte Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease.
