How Albutamol Syrup works
Albutamol Plus Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Salbutamol, etofylline and bromhexine. Bromhexine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Together, they make breathing easier.
