How Alcid Tablet works Alcid Tablet is a combination of two antacids (Aluminium Hydroxide and Magnesium) and an antifoaming medicine (Activated Dimethicone/Simethicone). The antacids neutralise excess acid in stomach. The antifoaming medicine disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas. Driving SAFE Alcid Tablet does not usually affect your ability to drive. Kidney SAFE IF PRESCRIBED Alcid Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease.
