It should be used along with lifestyle changes like healthy diet, regular exercise, and smoking cessation for best results. Dizziness, headache, and dryness of mouth may be seen as side effects. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake, and sugarless candy may help with the dry mouth. Please consult your doctor. What if you miss a dose of Alphadopa Tablet? If you miss a dose of Alphadopa 500 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
