How to use Amoflox OZ Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Amoflox OZ 200 mg/500 mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
Taking it empty stomach can cause stomach upset.
How Amoflox OZ Tablet works
Amoflox OZ 200 mg/500 mg Tablet is a combination of two antibiotics: Ofloxacin and Ornidazole. Ofloxacin works by preventing the bacterial cells from dividing and repairing, thereby killing the bacteria. Ornidazole kills parasites and anaerobic bacteria that cause infections by damaging their DNA. Together, they treat your infection effectively.

Alcohol
UNSAFE
Consuming alcohol while taking Amoflox OZ 200 mg/500 mg Tablet may cause symptoms such as flushing, increased heart beat, nausea, thirst, chest pain and low blood pressure (Disulfiram reaction).
Pregnancy
