How to use Etova Tablet ER
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Etova-ER 400 Tablet is to be taken with food.
How Etova Tablet ER works
Etova-ER 400 Tablet is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Alcohol
UNSAFE
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Etova-ER 400 Tablet Taking Etodolac with alcohol may increase the risk of stomach bleeding.
Pregnancy

Kidney

Etova-ER 400 Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Etova-ER 400 Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Regular monitoring of kidney function tests is advisable while you are taking this medicine.
