Introduction Revelol 50 H Tablet ER is a combination medicine used for treating hypertension (high blood pressure). By lowering the blood pressure, it helps in preventing future heart attack and stroke. Early treatment with this medicine also improves chances of survival in patients of heart attack. This medicine should be taken regularly with or without food at a fixed time each day. Regular monitoring of kidney function is required while taking the medicine. This medicine should not be stopped abruptly as this can lead to sudden rise in blood pressure. This medicine may cause dehydration, so it is better to take plenty of fluids. Inform doctor if you develop extreme thirst, muscle weakness, or dry mouth. Dizziness may occur initially but this gets better with time.
